Shipping & Returns information
Diesel Care and Performance will accept returns and exchanges up to 21 days after delivery for most products. Products returned must be in original packaging and have not be installed, modified, tested and/or used for any purpose. Electrical items such as solenoids and PMDs are not returnable for credit, only exchange. Items used for testing purposes are non-returnable at all. Customer is responsible for all freights and insurance for product return. Any loss due to shipper is the responsibility of the customer. If an item was purchased through a third party site, such as Amazon, EBay, Bonanza, etc. you must follow the return policy of that site to complete a product return.
Refunds for returns are issued once we confirm receipt of the merchandise. Please be aware that your financial institution may take 5-to-7 business days to process your credit and have it reflect in your account. We can only refund back to the original method of payment. Tax (if applicable) is refunded with returns. Original freight cost and return freight cost are the responsibility of the customer. Use of any preprinted labels for returns will be deducted from the credit amount. All associated processing fees will be deducted from the credit. This will include, but is not limited to a 2.5% credit card processing fee, or $5.00USD, whichever is greater.
Duties and Customs
Canada and other countries imposes duties and taxes on all packages shipped into their country. These charges are collected and retained by Canada, and DCP has no control or involvement in these taxes. Any issues with these charges should be brought to the attention of the of your local government.
Return Good Authorizations
All returns for purchased made via this website, or verbally through our customers service department must have an RGA, or Return Good Authorization number assigned to the return prior to shipment. Failure to receive an RGA made delay your credit, and could result in the loss of your package. If an item was purchased through a third party site, such as Amazon, EBay, Bonanza, etc. you must follow the return policy of that site to complete a product return. DO NOT ship an item back that has not been processed either via a third party site or through our customer service department. A restocking fee will apply on all transactions. The fees are as follows:
1-30 days – 15% restocking fee
31-60 days – 20% restocking fee
After 61 days no credit will be issues.
